Surf Lifesaving Australia
Surf Life Saving is Australia’s major water safety, drowning prevention and rescue authority and is the largest volunteer movement of its kind in Australia. We designed and built their eCommerce platform to quickly and easily sell product to supporters.
Design
Surf Life Saving were primarly interested in having the same user experience between their main website and the shop. We worked very closely with their marketing and testing team to make sure this became a reality.
Strategic Insights
Sales figures were very positive, in part due to Surf Life Saving running a pre-launch marketing campaign on their main website. This resulted in an increase in the number of active users as the launch date grew closer.
